Share your online booking page
Your booking page is already live. Clients pick a service, a provider, and a time from your real availability, and the appointment lands on your calendar without anyone touching the phone. Set two rules, put the link where clients look, and let it run.
Who can do this: Owner, Admin, or Manager (for the rules). Anyone can share the link.
Before you start
You need at least one bookable service and one provider with Bookable for appointments ticked. Otherwise the page has nothing to offer.
Set the rules
- In the left sidebar, click Settings. The Organization tab opens.
- Find the Online booking card.
- Set Booking window (days): how far ahead clients can book. Common choices are 7, 14, or 30.
- Set Reminder timing (hours before): when the appointment reminder goes out. Clients who opted in get a text; everyone else gets an email.
- Click Save changes.
Share the link
Your booking page address is your Lime Papaya address plus /book/ and your business's link name, created with your account. For example: .../book/golden-coast.
- Put it in your Instagram bio.
- Add it to your Google Business Profile as the booking link.
- Point your website's "Book now" button at it.
What clients see
- Your menu, grouped by category. They pick a service.
- A provider choice, or Anyone available when more than one provider offers the service.
- Real open times, inside your booking window.
- A short details form: name, email, phone. Medical treatments also ask for date of birth, and any required consent form is signed right there (they type their full name to sign).
- A confirmation with an add-to-calendar link. If a day is full, they can join the waitlist instead.
Example. A client taps the link in Golden Coast's Instagram bio at 9 pm, picks "Hydrafacial," leaves the provider on Anyone available, and takes Thursday 2:00 PM. The appointment shows on the calendar as Unconfirmed, and she gets the confirmation with the calendar file attached.
Common questions
- The page shows no times? Three checks, in order: the service is Bookable, at least one provider who offers it is bookable with hours that day, and your Booking window (days) reaches the day the client wants.
- How far ahead can clients book? Exactly your Booking window (days). A shorter window keeps the calendar tight; longer lets regulars plan ahead.
- Can clients cancel or reschedule themselves? Yes, from the link in their confirmation.
- Can two clients grab the same slot? No. A slot being booked is held, then taken. The second client sees the next open time.
Good to know
- Times offered online follow the location's open hours, each provider's schedule, and your booking window. The page can't double-book.
- Reminders go out on your Reminder timing (hours before) setting: text for clients who opted in, email for everyone else.
