Add your services
Your menu drives everything: what clients can book, how much calendar time each visit takes, and what checkout charges. Build it once and every booking, online or at the desk, pulls from it.
Who can do this: Owner, Admin, or Manager.
Add a service
- In the left sidebar, click Services.
- Scroll to the Add a service card and fill it in. What each field wants is below.
- Click Add service. It appears in its category card with the duration and price.
What each field wants:
- Service name. Exactly what clients should see, like "Hydrafacial" or "Botox."
- Category. How your menu groups, on this page and on your booking page. "Skin," "Hair," "Medspa." Leave it blank and the service files under "Other."
- Duration, minutes. The calendar time a booking takes, in 5-minute steps. Include cleanup if you need it; this is the full block.
- Price. In dollars.
- Medical treatment. Tick this for injectables and anything clinical. Clients get asked for their date of birth when booking online, so the age requirement is checked before the visit.
- Minimum age. Medical treatments only. Blank uses the default of 18. Set this with your own legal and medical guidance.
Example. Golden Coast Medspa adds "Hydrafacial," category "Skin," 60 minutes, $189. Then "Botox," category "Medspa," 30 minutes, $350, with Medical treatment ticked and Minimum age left blank, so the default of 18 applies.

Edit or hide a service
- On the Services page, click Edit beneath the service.
- Change anything: name, category, duration, price.
- To stop new bookings without deleting the service, untick Bookable. It stays on your menu with a "Not bookable" tag.
- Click Save changes.
Common questions
- No Add a service card? It's role-gated. You need Owner, Admin, or Manager.
- What duration should I enter? The full chair time you want blocked on the calendar. A 50-minute facial with 10 minutes of turnover is a 60-minute service.
- Can clients still book a hidden service? No. Unticking Bookable removes it from online booking and from new appointments.
- Where do categories show up? They group your menu on the Services page and on your online booking page. Keep them broad: three to six categories reads better than fifteen.
Good to know
- Medical treatments can require a signed consent form during online booking. The forms live under Settings, then Consent forms; attaching one to a service is part of account setup today.
- Duration is what blocks the provider's day, so it's worth getting right before the calendar fills.
