Business settings
The Organization tab is the company's front page: the name clients see, the logo on your booking page, the online-booking rules, and the export that proves your data is yours.
Who can do this: Owner or Admin. Everyone else sees the profile read-only.
What lives here
- In the left sidebar, click Settings. The Organization tab opens.
- Business profile. The Business name (shown across the app and to clients) and, on premium plans, a Logo URL for your booking page header. Change and Save changes.
- Online booking. The two rules that shape your booking page: Booking window (days) and Reminder timing (hours before). Covered in depth in Share your online booking page.
- Export your data. One click on Download everything produces a single file with every client, note, gift card, membership, and future booking, in the same format the import reads.
Example. Golden Coast rebrands to "Golden Coast Medspa + Wellness." The owner updates Business name, saves, and the new name is on the booking page and reminders immediately. While she's there, she runs Download everything for the quarterly off-site backup.
Common questions
- Where's the logo field? It shows on premium plans. The hint under the field says where the logo lands: your booking page header.
- Who can change the business profile? Admin and Owner. Managers see a read-only view with a note to ask an owner or admin.
- How current is the export? It's generated when you click. Run it whenever "now" matters: before experiments, after big imports, quarterly for the archive.
- Does changing the name break my booking link? No. Your booking page address keeps its link name; the display name is what updates.
Good to know
- The export-import symmetry is deliberate: what comes out can go back in, here or anywhere. That's the no-lock-in promise in mechanical form.
- Business name changes are cosmetic and safe; nothing downstream re-keys.
