Book an appointment
Put a client on the book from anywhere in the app. One form: who, with whom, when, and which services. The appointment lands on the calendar and in Today's Next up the moment you save it.
Who can do this: anyone who works the book (Owner, Admin, Manager, or Front desk).
Book it
- Click New appointment at the top of any page.
- Choose the Client. If they're not in the list yet, add them first under Clients with Add client, then come back.
- Choose the Provider and the Location.
- Pick the Date and Time.
- Under Services, tick every service for the visit. Each one shows its minutes and price, and they stack into one visit.
- Click Book appointment. You land back on the calendar with the new appointment in place. Cancel backs out without saving.
Example. The front desk at Golden Coast books Sarah Chen with Priya Shah at Santa Monica, Thursday at 2:00 PM, and ticks "Hydrafacial" (60m, $189). The chip appears in Priya's Thursday column and in Next up on Today.

Common questions
- The client isn't in the Client list? They need a client record first. Go to Clients, click through to Add client, save, then book. Importing your old client list fills this in bulk.
- It wouldn't save and sent me back with an error? The time is taken or outside what that provider can do. Pick another time or provider; the calendar never double-books.
- A provider is missing from the Provider list? They need Bookable for appointments ticked on their staff record, under Settings, then Staff.
- Two services in one visit? Tick both. The visit takes their combined time on the calendar and both show on the appointment, each with its price.
Good to know
- Booking from the calendar's empty day works too: the Book the first appointment link opens the same form with the date filled in.
- New appointments start as Booked. The tag flips to Confirmed when the client confirms from their reminder.
